Knotly app usage

notly V1 can be used without creating an account, logging in or connecting to a backend service. Knot reference content is embedded in the app and works without internet access, an account or login. Saved knots, language choices and similar preferences are stored locally on the device. Knotly V1 does not send app usage, saved knots, language choices, diagnostics, logs, crash reports, feedback forms or bug reports to Zyqero.

Feedback and contact

Knotly V1 does not include in-app feedback upload or in-app bug reporting. If you contact Zyqero manually by email or through zyqero.com with feedback, suggestions, corrections or bug reports, you allow us to review, store and use that message to improve the website, app, translations, instructions and related services. Do not send confidential information, sensitive personal data or material you are not allowed to share.

Cookies

The public website is intended to avoid non-essential tracking cookies. Admin areas may use necessary session cookies for login, CSRF protection and basic security. These are required for the admin backend to function. If analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies are added later, this page should be updated before they are enabled.

Why we process data

For Knotly V1, the app itself does not send user data to Zyqero. Zyqero may process data when you manually contact us, visit zyqero.com, or use website functions outside the app.

Retention
